Do you arrange visas for international tours?+
Yes, for most of our international group tours (Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali etc.) we handle the visa process. You just need to provide passport, photos and required documents.
What is your payment / cancellation policy?+
A booking amount (typically 25%) confirms your seat; the balance is paid before departure. Cancellation charges vary by tour and how close to departure — full terms are shared at time of booking.
Are meals included in the tour price?+
Most group tours include daily breakfast and dinner. International tours usually include Indian dinners. Lunch is generally on your own unless mentioned in the inclusions.
Do you customise private tours for families?+
Absolutely — we design private itineraries for families, honeymoons, senior citizen groups, corporate MICE and student groups. Just tell us your destination, dates and budget.
Which airport / station will the tour start from?+
Every tour clearly mentions the starting point in its code (e.g. Ex-Nagpur, Ex-Jammu, Ex-Bagdogra). We arrange your onward travel to that starting point if required, at additional cost.
